Kaboa (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Contact: contact@kaboa.com.au.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to talk to you and deliver our services: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and information you share with us about your business operations during an enquiry or engagement. We may also collect basic billing details for invoicing.

How we collect it

Directly from you, usually by email, phone or during a session. This website does not run a contact form and does not require you to create an account.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess fit, deliver and improve our services, issue invoices, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, document storage, accounting and payment providers, and only as needed. Some of these providers may store data overseas. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website is a simple static site. It does not set advertising cookies or track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and reputable service providers. We keep information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, then delete or de identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@kaboa.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
